SCI is pleased to announce a new search assignment for an Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer on behalf of a nationally recognized real estate development firm focused on affordable and workforce housing.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the EVP & CIO will join the executive leadership team and assume responsibility for leading the company’s real estate acquisition, development, and construction initiatives. This executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the firm’s long-term investment strategy, with oversight of three regional development teams—each led by a Senior Vice President—and a department totaling more than 25 professionals.
Daniel Schachter, Managing Director and the leader of SCI's Affordable Housing practice, is heading the search effort for this client.
