SCI is proud to announce the placement of a Senior Director of Investments with a leading healthcare REIT with a diverse portfolio of senior housing communities, skilled nursing and transitional care facilities, and specialty hospitals across the United States and Canada.
The incoming executive will oversee the full deal cycle — sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing — while partnering with the Asset Management team on portfolio performance and leading existing portfolio transactions including renewals, expansions, redevelopments, and dispositions.
