SCI is proud to announce a new search with national industrial real estate investment firm for a Director of Development & Facilities.

Based in NYC, the role will oversee all physical aspects of a nationwide portfolio of best-in-class properties, including: ground-up development of warehouse buildings, capital projects, tenant-driven project, and site work.

SCI Managing Director Albert DeMauro is conducting the search, his fourth with this growing client.
