As part of the strategic plan to grow the company's affordable housing debt production, SCI was engaged to recruit an experienced mortgage banking executive to market and coordinate the delivery of various banking products and services to clients and prospects. Permanent loan executions offered include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD and bond financing.
SCI successfully recruited a lending officer who had a lead or senior role in 15-25 affordable multifamily housing transactions representing $200-500 million per year utilizing a wide variety of loan and bond structures.
