As part of the strategic plan to to grow the company's affordable housing debt production, SCI was engaged to recruit an experienced relationship manager to market and coordinate the delivery of various banking products and services to clients and prospects. Permanent loan executions offered include Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA/HUD and bond financing.
