SCI was engaged to assist our client in establishing its high-density infill mixed used investment platform. The initial assignment was for a President of Urban Development to oversee the completion of projects already in the company’s pipeline while pursuing additional deals to grow the portfolio.
SCI successfully recruited a senior executive from a leading urban developer for this position and was subsequently retained to further build the team by recruiting for multiple senior-level positions.
