SCI was retained to help our client bring state-of-the-art marketing expertise into the organization's C-Suite through the hiring of a CMO. In addition to developing and implementing a marketing program aimed at generating brand awareness, traffic leads, leases and retention in order to drive revenue, this role is responsible for helping align portfolio and branding strategy in coordination in concert with the executive team.
The search resulted in the placement of an SVP leading marketing for a top-ranked multifamily owner/developer/manager whose background included experience with two other leading organizations.
