Our client is a private equity firm targeting opportunities throughout the capital structures of real estate, related assets and asset-intensive businesses that recently launched an industrial outdoor storage operating platform.
SCI was engaged to recruit an executive to develop and initiate a strategic leasing plan for the company's IOS portfolio and to subsequestly overrsee the entire leasing process, from generating initial prospect interest through qualification, lease negotiation, and document execution.
The assignment was completed with the placement of an experienced and accomplished senior leasing professional from a major national commercial real estate company focused on multi-tenant industrial and industrial-flex properties.
