SCI was engaged to fill the role of acquisitions officer to originate on- and off-market, value-add, and core-plus investment opportunities in multiple supply-constrained geographies. This position acts as a deal manager and is involved with all aspects of the acquisition process including due diligence, equity capitalization, and debt placement.
The search resulted in the placement of a senior executive with a strong track record of successful acquisitions in one of the company's key target markets.
