Our client is the healthcare real estate division of one of the leading commercial real estate firms in the US, managing over 3.5 million square feet of healthcare facilities and developing over $1 billion in medical office buildings, outpatient surgery centers, oncology centers, orthopedic centers and specialty care hospitals.

SCI was engaged to recruit an executive to oversee land acquisition, project planning and development activities for medical facilities in coordination with a national clientele of hospital and physician groups.

The search resulted in the placement of a senior development professional from a major regional owner/developer/manager of strategically located medical office buildings and other healthcare-related facilities.
