SCI was retained to recruit a senior-level professional to oversee development operations for the group, managing a team executing on a large pipeline of projects spanning 16 states.
The search was completed with the placement of an executive with over two decades of experience at a nonprofit affordable housing and resident services organization which acquired/developed more than 6,000 multifamily units during their tenure.
