The company retained SCI to recruit a development executive to lead the multi-year buildout of a 400-acre mixed use brownfield redevelopment project. Developed in partnership with the real estate arm of a leading investment manager, the project comprised of over 4 million square feet of commercial space and 2,000 residential units, representing a total investment of over $2.5 billion.
SCI was able to leverage its experience and contacts in mixed use development to recruit a slate of qualified executives, from which a highly respected leader in the sector was successfully hired.
