SCI was retained to SCI to recruit an executive to lead the continued residential and horizontal buildout of its signature development, an award-winning 3,000-acre master-planned community that includes commercial, industrial, medical and retail space.
The search resulted in the successful hiring of a development principal who also assumed responsibility for the company's other master-planned projects.
