Our client is a private equity firm targeting opportunities throughout the capital structures of real estate, related assets and asset-intensive businesses that recently launched an industrial outdoor storage operating platform.
At the launch of its new platform, the company turned to SCI to identify and hire an executive responsible for formalizing the investment strategy with the company's senior team, scaling the operating platform, and leading capital deployment to aggregate a portfolio of industrial outdoor storage assets throughout the eastern half of the US.
The search was successfully completed with the placement of an IOS sector expert from a boutique real estate investment and advisory firm.
