The company has a well-established, on-going relationship with a significant institutional investor, providing a strong and proven capital source to fund projects.
The company was seeking a very senior-level executive, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, to lead its development efforts for both build-to-suit industrial projects as well as selective speculative opportunities across the US. To fill this key role, the company engaged SCI.
