SCI was retained when the company needed to hire a seasoned project executive to oversee the construction of a 40-acre, $500 million transit-oriented development project involving office, residential and retail. The company was interested in seeing candidates from general contractors and construction managers as well as other developers.
After recruiting a slate of qualified candidates from all three types of companies, SCI successfully placed a construction manager with 15+ years of experience building in the NYC market.
