As part of the company's growth plan, SCI was engaged to help hire a CFO to assume all top-level accounting and finance responsibilities. As a key member of the leadership team, this position allows the COO - who had previously functioned in a dual capacity also overseeing finance - to focus on operations as the company becomes a regional player.
SCI successfully placed a senior financial executive from a major local developer who had previous experience in the affordable housing practice of a leading accounting firm.
