SCI was engaged by the firm to recruit an experienced acquisition professional to join its state LIHTC syndication business line, with direct responsibility for all aspects of developer communication and relationship building, including project investment acquisition. This individual will have the support of other team members who provide underwriting, asset management, and legal/tax expertise.
