As part of a ten-year growth plan, the company retained SCI to recruit a senior development executive to lead its multi-state affordable housing pipeline from site identification through closeout, and to build and mentor a growing development team.
SCI completed the search with the placement of an executive with more than 23 years of affordable housing experience, whose career included 14 years as Vice President at a leading Northeast LIHTC developer, a development role with one of the nation’s largest affordable housing developers, and management of the statewide tax credit allocation program for a state housing finance agency.
