As part of the company's plan to expand its multifamily platform, SCI was retained to recruit a senior acquisitions executive responsible for overseeing a regional investment team to source, screen, underwrite, manage due diligence activities and then successfully execute the developments.
SCI completed the assignment by successfully recruiting an acquisitions professional whose market expertise included tenures with two leading multifamily firms in the target region.
