SCI was retained to recruit a VP of Development to manage a team of Development Managers and Development Coordinators. Reporting directly to the President, this position is responsible for coordinating workflow, oversight of underwriting and project management activities through all stages of the development and financing process.
SCI recruited a senior development executive from a nationally recognized regional developer of mixed-use, mixed-income housing.
