The company has invested in over 300 properties representing more than $8 billion of gross asset value across all major property types, including fully-integrated student living division.
SCI was engaged by the company to recruit a dynamic executive capable of managing a portfolio of high-end student housing properties. This role is responsible for maximizing property performance to achieve the financial projections of ownership and implementing the property operations policies and procedures necessary to create a quality experience for residents.
