SCI was engaged to help hire a senior property management executive to be the overall head of the company’s new operations platform, formed in partnership with a major national investor in affordable, workforce, and value-oriented apartment communities. The role is responible for setting and executing the strategic vision, as well as building out a team as the management portfolio undergoes an anticipated expansion to approximately 10,000 units by 2030.
