SCI was engaged to help the company hire a senior originations professional to help run the community development debt platform, supervising a team of relationship managers and portfolio specialists offering a full range of financing products.

The company successfully hired a regional manager of a six-member team generating $1 billion of annual mortgage production, including fixed and floating rate permanent loans, construction loans and participating loans, with an average deal size of $25 million.
