SCI was retained to recruit a P&L leader for the current pipeline of Active Adult projects who could also oversee the continued growth of the business line in preparation for its planned spinoff as a separate division.
The search was successfully completed with the placement of an Area Vice President overseeing Active Adult development operations for a top 20 national homebuilder.
