SCI was retained to recruit a senior mortgage investment officer to work closely with the leadership of the company's lending platform to oversee the placement of debt financings in prime real estate development/redevelopment projects.
The search concluded with the placement of an individual with significant experience in the origination, underwriting and securitization of commercial real estate loans, including being responsible for the origination of construction and permanent investments for multifamily housing developments with another major pension fund.
