SCI was retained to help the company replace a long-serving member of the C-Suite by recruiting a Chief Financial Officer to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, with responsibility for driving financial performance across acquisitions, development pipelines, capital structuring, and portfolio optimization.
The role was filled with an executive who had led all finance, accounting and contract administration services for large-market divisions of several major national homebuilders.
